SERVICES
Three practice areas, one method
Define the question, collect lawfully, test what we find, and deliver documentation that stands up to scrutiny. That method runs through everything we do for attorneys, insurance carriers, institutions, and executive clients across Washington State.
Legal and insurance investigations
Witness locates and interviews, backgrounds, asset research, scene documentation, surveillance, and claims investigation. Every finding is tied to its source.
Institutional safety and risk consulting
WAVR-21 threat assessment, threat management support, violence prevention programs, security assessments, and de-escalation training.
Protective intelligence and executive protection
Digital exposure assessments, open-source monitoring, person-of-concern assessment, protection planning, and licensed protective services.
Not sure where your matter fits?
Tell us the situation and the deadline. We will tell you what we can do, what it will cost, and whether someone else would serve you better.
How an engagement works
- Confidential consultation. You tell us the situation, the deadline, and what the work has to support. We check for conflicts before we go further.
- Written scope and budget. You approve the plan, the cost, and the reporting schedule before any work begins.
- Fieldwork and research. Lawful collection only, handled so the evidence stays usable.
- Reporting. Findings tied to sources, with exhibits organized for whoever reads the file next.
- Follow-through. Testimony, supplemental work, or ongoing advisory support if the matter needs it.
WORKING WITH US
What you can expect
You set the reporting cadence and we keep to it. These four commitments apply to every engagement.
You talk to the investigator
The person who scopes your matter is the person accountable for it.
Scope and budget in writing
You approve the plan and the cost before work starts. No surprises on the invoice.
Findings you can trace
Each one is tied to its source, and we say how confident we are and why.
No contingent fees
We are paid for the work, never for the outcome. That keeps our findings credible when challenged.
