- Threat management support. Ongoing consultation for your threat assessment team, or help building one.
- Violence prevention programs. Policy, reporting pathways, and response plans that fit how your organization actually runs.
- Security assessments. Site and program reviews with prioritized findings your budget can address.
- Training. De-escalation and physical intervention training for staff who deal with the public under stress.
What you receive
A written assessment that separates fact from judgment, states our level of concern and the reasons for it, and sets out next steps. Work can be structured through counsel where privilege matters.
